世界中のクリエイターの皆さま（応募規約をご確認ください）を対象に、「My Hachi, My Way!」をテーマとして、あなたらしいHachiの楽しみ方を募集します。カクテル、ハイボール、オン・ザ・ロック、ストレートなど、スタイルは自由。あなたならではのシーンや楽しみ方で The Hachi Shochu を味わう瞬間を、Instagramリールで表現してください。あなたのドリンクに込めたストーリーとともに投稿し、優勝賞金 USD 1,000（または同等額） を獲得するチャンス！

This year, The Hachi Shochu Competition takes a different approach and moves to the digital stage. Open to creators around the world (see T&C below), we invite you to join us and showcase your creativity - my Hachi, my setting, my way, on my occasion.

Create your moment enjoying The Hachi Shochu in your own way. Whether it's a cocktail, highball, simply on-the-rock, or any style of serve — make it yours. Share your creation through an Instagram Reel, tell us the story behind your drink, and you could win USD 1,000 in cash (or equivalent).

応募方法 How to Participate

  • Step 1. Hachiを手に入れよう / Get Your Hachi

    The Hachi Shochuを1本ご購入いただき、あなたならではの楽しみ方をご紹介ください。

    カクテル、ハイボール、オン・ザ・ロック、ストレートなど、スタイルは自由です。

    大切なのは、あなたらしい創造性。 個性を存分に表現し、多くの人の心に残るリールを制作してください。

    You may purchase a bottle of Hachi Shochu and show us your way to enjoy it — whether as a cocktail, highball, or any other format. The Key - be creative, express your individuality, make your reel go viral.

  • Step 2. Instagramリールを作成 / Create Your Reel

    以下の内容を含むInstagramリール（または動画）を制作してください。

    * リール／動画内でThe Hachi Shochuのボトルをはっきりと映すこと。
    * ナレーション（ボイスオーバー）またはカメラに向かって話す形式のいずれかを含めること（どちらでも構いません）。必要に応じて、画面上にテロップや字幕を追加していただいても構いません。
    *「My Hachi, My Way!」をテーマに、以下のような内容を自由に盛り込んでください。
        * The Hachi Shochuの楽しみ方
        * レシピ（任意）
        * ドリンクに込めたストーリーやインスピレーション

    * あなたの雰囲気やライフスタイル、シーンが伝わる映像もぜひ取り入れてください。

    The Hachi Shochuは「責任ある飲酒（Responsible Drinking）」を推奨しています。過度な飲酒や危険な飲酒行為を助長するなど、この理念に反すると主催者が判断した作品は、主催者の裁量により失格となる場合があります。

    Produce an Instagram Reel or video that includes:

    • At least 1 of “The Hachi Shochu” bottle has to be featured on your reel/video prominently.
    • A clear voiceover or you can even speak into the camera (your choice). You may supplement with any captions on screen. Your choice!
    • Content should include: how you enjoy The Hachi Shochu, any recipe if you wish to, including any story, or inspiration — showing "My Hachi, My Way!"
    • A glimpse of your mood, setting, or lifestyle
    • The Hachi Shochu advocates “responsible drinking”. Any content which goes against this shall be disqualified in the sole discretion of the organiser.

Competition Rules

応募規約

* 応募資格は、各国・地域において法定飲酒年齢に達している方に限ります。
* 複数作品での応募が可能です。
* 応募締切：2026年9月30日
* 応募作品は、The Hachi Shochuが公式SNSや公式メディア等で、応募者名（クレジット）を明記のうえ紹介・掲載する場合があります。応募された時点で、これに同意いただいたものとみなします。

  • Open globally to participants of legal drinking age in their respective country
  • Multiple entries are allowed
  • Submission deadline: 30 September 2026
  • By entering, participants grant Hachi Shochu permission to feature submitted content on official channels with credit

Judging Criteria

審査基準

応募作品は、The Hachi Shochuチームが以下の基準に基づき総合的に審査いたします。
* テーマ 「My Hachi, My Way」 の創造的な表現と解釈
* コンテンツの完成度・クオリティ
* ストーリーテリング（あなたがその一杯をどのように、そしてなぜ楽しんでいるのか）
* コミュニティとの共感・反響（「いいね！」、コメント、シェア、リポストなどのエンゲージメントを総合的に評価）

審査は主催者の裁量により行われ、その決定を最終決定とします。

優勝者発表

優勝者は、2026年11月1日（世界焼酎の日）に、The Hachi Shochu公式Instagram（@thehachishochu）にて発表いたします。

受賞者には、Instagramのダイレクトメッセージ（DM）でもご連絡いたします。

Entries will be evaluated by the Hachi Shochu team based on:

  • Creativity and interpretation of the theme "My Hachi, My Way"
  • Quality and execution of content
  • Storytelling — how and why you enjoy your creation
  • Overall resonance with the community (including engagement assessed by combination of likes, comments, shares, reposts etc.)
  • The organizer has the sole discretion and its decision will be final

The winner will be announced on 1 November 2026 via The Hachi Shochu's official Instagram @theHachiShochu. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

Not at all. This competition is open to everyone — whether you’re a bartender, content
creator, home enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys a good drink. All we ask is that
you’re of legal drinking age and bring your creativity.

No. We value authenticity and storytelling over production quality. A well-shot
smartphone video with a clear voiceover and genuine personality can be just as
compelling as a studio production.

Yes. Multiple entries are allowed. Each entry should be a separate Instagram Reel with
its own submission via the entry form.

storytelling, and community resonance. The decision is final and will be announced on

参加資格
* 本コンペティションは、世界中の方を対象に開催いたします。

* 応募時点で、お住まいの国または地域における法定飲酒年齢に達している方に限りご参加いただけます。

* Mizunaraの従業員およびその同居家族・近親者は応募できません。

賞品
* 賞品は、公式コンペティション告知に記載された内容に基づき授与されます。

* 賞品の受領に伴い発生する税金、関税、その他の費用については、受賞者ご本人の負担となります。

これらに該当すると判断された応募作品は、事前の通知なく失格となる場合があります。

準拠法
本規約は、応募者の居住国または地域に応じて、香港、シンガポール、日本、またはその他該当する国・地域の法令に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。

本コンペティションに関して生じる一切の紛争については、主催者の裁量により解決されるものとします。

The Hachi Shochu Competition 2026

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to the public worldwide.
  • Participants must be of legal drinking age in their country or region of residence at the time of entry.
  • Employees of Mizunara and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prizes

  • Prizes will be awarded to winners as specified in the official competition announcement.
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with the acceptance of their prizes.

Amendments and Organiser's Discretion

  • The organisers reserve the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and conditions at their sole discretion.
  • Any changes will be communicated through official Hachi Shochu or Mizunara channels.
  • The organisers' decisions on all matters relating to the competition are final and binding.

Prohibited Content

  • Participants must not submit or publish content that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, or intolerance of any kind.
  • Any entry deemed inappropriate or in violation of these guidelines may be disqualified without prior notice.
  • Kindly note that The Hachi Shochu advocates responsible drinking

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, Singapore,  Japan or any country depending on the participant's place of residence.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be resolved in the sole discretion of the Organizer.
