Showcasing the unique character of the long fermentation in wooden washbacks of the Asaka Distillery, this Single Cask has been matured in a First Fill Bourbon Barrel (from Early Times Kentucky Bourbon) #20033.  Only 190 bottles have been released across Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore at a Natural Cask Strength ABV of 61%.

Colour: Pale Gold

Nose: A vibrant bouquet of fresh fruit aromas such as green apples, kyoho grapes, juicy pear and features notes of vanilla, honey, and lemon butter cake.

Palate: Cooked fruits, pears and peaches, with cereal and malty notes that evolve into rich salted buttery undertones with a very thick velvety mouthfeel

Finish: Lingering oak spices with a warm subtle sweet finish that leaves a lasting impression on the palate.
